SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders will ship within 3-7 business days from purchase via USPS First Class Mail. We are excited to share our tees with you and aim to have orders out the door as quickly as possible! Customer is responsible for providing an accurate mailing address prior to shipping to prevent additional change address re-shipping fees. International customers are responsible for all customs and related costs. LILO + loli is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact your local Post Office in the rare instance of any delay in tracking / delivery.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

We want our customers to have a great experience and love your tee! Should you need to exchange due to defective material please contact us within 48 hours of receiving package and then ship your item back to return address with tracking. Your return must be sent within 7 days of receiving the package. You will receive replacement or store credit within 30 days of return. All sales are final.
